What file formats are included in your services?

We deliver MP4/H.264 and ProRes 422 in up to 4K resolution. Motion graphics templates are available as .aep (After Effects), .mogrt (Premiere Pro), and .psd (Photoshop). Digital assets include AI, EPS, PNG, and SVG formats — whatever your workflow requires.

What is your typical turnaround time?

Most clear project briefs receive an initial quote within one business day. Production time depends on complexity — simple template edits take 1-2 days, full custom animations 5-7 days.

Can I use your assets for commercial projects?

Absolutely. All assets we deliver come with a Standard License that covers commercial use in client projects, YouTube videos, social media content, advertising, broadcast, and film. Extended licenses are available on request.

How many revisions are included?

Revision rounds are specified per package. Starter includes one revision, Advanced includes two, and Professional includes three rounds with source file handoff.

Do you offer custom animation services?

Yes! We provide custom motion graphics and animation services for brands, agencies, and content creators. Reach out through our Contact page with your project brief and we'll recommend the best production path.

What is your refund or revision policy if something goes wrong?

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If a delivered asset has a technical issue — corrupted file, wrong format, playback error — we will provide a replacement or full refund. Revisions within scope are covered per your package terms.
